DO NOT BUY EVER

Never buy these products off of facebook. There is a laptop that was original $100 and I ordered it because the site seemed completely legit and people seem to order off of it quite a bit. But the person deleted their facebook account shortly after I purchased. It showed up again, the same laptop, at a higher price and a different person selling it. Going to the bank tomorrow to handle it and will never go through it again. If I could, I’d give it no stars.

Total scam keep clear,ordered a pair of Manchester shoes 6 months ago have sent emails had one reply saying that they were being dispatched load of tosh.Still waiting scrub the one star mistake on my part.

Very disappointed

I used to be very happy with Carter's products and service. Now it seems they're going downhills. The store in our area closed. The only way to buy from them now is online and there's no way to see the items and decide if they're good or not for me that way. So 2 of the sets I ordered were synthetic and my daughter is allergic so I need to return them. NO FREE RETURNS. Every other store has free return even by mail, but not Carter's, it's at least $6. I've had things ordered and returned overseas, that cost a lot less, and their shipping cost is a lot cheaper. So now I have to drive to their closest store which takes me over 1 hour. And the only way to contact them on the app is a robot. So much for their So disappointing. It used to be a great brand. Now I guess, no more ordering at Carter's.

Online purchase

I purchased some stuff online. One of my items didn’t come, so I reached out to Carter’s to see if I can get a replacement. They told me the item was in stock and that will go ahead and replace it for me. A day later I got an email saying the item is out of stock and got a 20% for next time to use. I tried using the coupon and literally everything is excluded from it. So I wasn’t able to use it on anything. Very frustrating. What’s the point of sending the coupon if the customer cannot use it.

A scam

A scam, these people also traded as Carol & Wilson, it’s fake. They are also on eBay and Pinterest. These sandals are everywhere but it’s a sham. There are no shoes. You also won’t get your money back.

Not amused

Ordered 2 pairs size 13 shoes on 14/11/21 from Carters online site on Facebook. Money was taken from my account the next day! Was told delivery could be upto 3 weeks. Despite many e-mails the only mail I had off them was to say shipping was running late! To this day I’m £63 down & just going round in circles.

READ THIS !
I wrote on here before about this shop and it's other variations of this name, it is a scam (as you already know) and your bank should help you out with a refund like mine did. I've written to Shopify many times about this shop and can confirm they are under investigation. Thousands of similar stories this year alone, why they continue to "trade" is a mystery but there they are. Don't buy from there !

Avoid at all costs.

This company is an absolute piss take i ordered and payed for a pair of shoes in January 2022 result. Promises of delivery dates not honoured and it is now June 2022 and no further contact from them. Treat them like the plague. Brian.

A HOT mess!

I placed an online order for two pairs of gladiator sandals for my granddaughters because the store didn't have their sizes. The shoes arrived within three days. Unfortunately, one pair was too small. So I took them back to the store and ordered in-store a larger pair to be delivered to my home. I literally, just two weeks prior needed to exchange two pair of shoes that were too big for smaller sizes. That transaction went perfectly. Unfortunately, that WAS NOT the case the second time around by no stretch of the imagination! I had to repeatedly call to find out where the shoes were because I never got an email with shipping OR tracking information. However, I did get the run around each time I called for information! Finally after fifth call I received an email with the tracking number I asked for four days prior! It said the shoes will be delivered today... June 7. We shall see. Order placed in-store May 31.
